Today is the "Intellectual Property Day". Some people are marking the date with an Anne Frank Diary campaign, highlighting some ridiculous aspects of the current copyright framework. But I'd rather take a step back and discuss " Intellectual Property". Because IP is such a loose term that includes many disparate things, mixing them all in the same bag isn't really useful... Unless your agenda isn't quite fair (just see the freedom restrictions that can be found in the "IP chapter" of an international treaty to see what I mean).
